Terms of Service

All services are non-clinical doula support and do not replace care from licensed medical providers.

Booking and payment

Service dates are confirmed after signed agreement and required payment steps are completed.

Postpartum agreements

Signed postpartum contracts are required before first shift approval. Session length, scope, and communication expectations are defined in writing.

Schedule changes

Rescheduling and cancellation windows are provided in each service agreement. Late changes may impact availability and fees.

Scope of support

Namaste Mama provides education, emotional support, comfort guidance, and practical postpartum assistance within doula scope of practice.

Nationwide Doula Referral Network

Outside Ariel’s direct Dallas–Fort Worth services, Namaste Mama provides introductions to independent doulas. Network providers are not employees, agents, or direct-care representatives of Namaste Mama. Each provider manages their own availability, pricing, payment, agreements, credentials, insurance, scope of care, and client relationship.

Referral limits

Referral and matching support is intended to help families identify a possible fit. Families are responsible for confirming interviews, references, background checks, credentials, insurance, rates, contracts, employment terms, tax obligations, household expectations, and care expectations directly with any independent provider they choose to hire. Namaste Mama may review applications and make introductions but does not guarantee placement, availability, provider performance, or outcomes.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for sharing relevant health, scheduling, and household information needed for safe and effective support coordination.
