All services are non-clinical doula support and do not replace care from licensed medical providers.

Booking and payment

Service dates are confirmed after signed agreement and required payment steps are completed.

Postpartum agreements

Signed postpartum contracts are required before first shift approval. Session length, scope, and communication expectations are defined in writing.

Schedule changes

Rescheduling and cancellation windows are provided in each service agreement. Late changes may impact availability and fees.

Scope of support

Namaste Mama provides education, emotional support, comfort guidance, and practical postpartum assistance within doula scope of practice.

Client responsibility

Clients are responsible for sharing relevant health, scheduling, and household information needed for safe and effective support coordination.
