Will Ariel be my doula?
Yes. Namaste Mama is Ariel’s personal doula practice. Birth and daytime postpartum care are provided by Ariel in Dallas–Fort Worth, subject to availability.
What does birth support cost?
Birth doula support is $2,000. It includes two prenatal visits, an on-call due window, continuous labor support, and one postpartum visit. Your agreement confirms the details before booking.
What does postpartum support cost?
Daytime postpartum care is $50 per hour, at home or in the hospital. Timing, minimum shift lengths, and travel are confirmed with Ariel before booking.
Where do you provide care?
Ariel serves Dallas–Fort Worth. Share your city, ZIP code, and planned care setting so she can confirm travel and availability for your dates.
Do you provide overnight care?
Ariel’s current postpartum service is daytime care. Discuss your preferred hours and recovery needs during your consultation.
Can we meet before booking?
Yes. Submit your inquiry, then choose a complimentary consultation time through Ariel’s HoneyBook booking page. Services are confirmed after availability, an agreement, and payment arrangements are reviewed.
Can I use employer benefits or HSA/FSA funds?
Tell Ariel which benefit program you have. Eligibility, documentation, and reimbursement depend on your specific plan and service; confirm these details before booking.
What if my baby is already here?
You are welcome to reach out. Include your baby’s age, location, preferred schedule, and the support you need so Ariel can review current availability.
Is doula support medical care?
No. Ariel offers non-clinical emotional, educational, and practical support. Your licensed healthcare team remains responsible for medical advice and treatment.
