Care that begins with listening
- Birth and postpartum care should feel calm, not chaotic.
- Parents deserve direct, evidence-informed guidance.
- Partners and support people need clear roles and coaching.
- Recovery is as important as labor preparation.
I created Namaste Mama to offer grounded care that helps families feel informed, respected, and supported through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery.
Dallas–Fort Worth is home base for my direct care. For families elsewhere, I personally review matching requests and make thoughtful introductions to independent doulas through the Namaste Mama Network.
My work blends calm emotional support with practical planning, so parents can make decisions with confidence and feel held through every transition.

We focus on birth preferences, comfort tools, hospital or birth center preparation, and partner coaching so everyone knows what to expect and how to stay grounded.
I provide continuous emotional and physical support, comfort guidance, and communication support so your choices stay centered.
Postpartum care includes recovery support, infant care guidance, feeding support, and systems that make daily life feel more manageable.
