Carrot Fertility & Qualcomm qualified reimbursement
Hi! I’m Ariellyn or Ariel, a highly experienced Birth and Postpartum Doula, DONA-trained, Carrot Fertility and Qualcomm-approved professional. With a background grounded in motherhood and years of hands-on support, I’ve had the honor of guiding countless private and corporate-backed families through birth, postpartum, and everything in between. My care is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply personalized—combining evidence-based practices with an intuitive, compassionate presence. I offer in-person and virtual services including birth and postpartum doula support, private prenatal and postpartum yoga, and Bengkung belly binding to support healing and recovery. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, VBAC, home or birth center birth, or navigating your fourth trimester for the first of fourth time, I show up fully—for you and your family. Families choose to work with me not just for my expertise, but for the calm, clarity, and confidence they feel from the very beginning.
Why hire a Doula?
Hiring a doula is one of the most powerful ways to feel supported, prepared, and grounded throughout the birth and postpartum experience. Studies show that continuous doula support can lower the risk of cesarean birth, reduce the need for interventions, shorten labor, and increase satisfaction with the overall experience. After birth, the benefits continue—doula care has been shown to ease recovery, improve breastfeeding success, reduce the risk of postpartum mood disorders, and help families settle into their new rhythm with confidence and calm. As your doula, I work in partnership with you, your loved ones, and your care team to provide steady emotional support, clear communication, and skilled guidance from your first contraction to your first weeks at home. Whether your journey unfolds exactly as planned or takes unexpected turns, I’m here to walk with you—protecting your space, honoring your choices, and helping you feel truly cared for every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a birth doula and a postpartum doula?
A birth doula supports you during labor and delivery, while a postpartum doula focuses on your needs after birth—helping with newborn care, emotional support, feeding, and family adjustment.
Why might someone consider hiring a doula?
Clients hire doulas to feel supported, empowered, and informed. Studies show doulas can lead to better birth outcomes, reduced interventions, and greater satisfaction with the overall experience.
Do doulas replace medical professionals like doctors or midwives?
No. Doulas do not provide medical care. They work alongside your clinical team to ensure your emotional and physical comfort is prioritized throughout your journey.
